If you can change the name servers you would point them at ns1.bluehost.com and ns2.bluehost.com, then you set the domain as parked or an addon through cpanel depending on how you want it to behave.
To copy your files you download them to your computer from the website, then FTP them into public_html on bluehost.
Thanks for reply :) but whats the difference between parked and addon domain? Can I use the webspace I gt through BH for two different domain names? (like www.myexistingdomain.com and www.mynewdomain.com both on single purchased domain but as entirely different websites):o

A parked domain is usually one that points to another site. For example, someone may type in domainone.com and that gets you redirected to domaintwo.com.
An add-on domain is adding a second domain to your account. It is usually separate from the original domain. You simply have the name servers point to BH and then run the Add-on Domain program from cPanel. So, yes, you can have mulitple domains that derive from a single account.

Your main domain points to the public_html folder as do any parked domains.
All add-on domains point to the sub-folder of your choice.
Parking is therefore only needed to set a second domain to point to the same site as your main domain.
All the other domains are set up using the add-on domain option where if you want two domains to point to the same site you just point both to the same folder.
