Ok, I had this same problem before and a blue host tech fixed it for me , but in the process erased one of my webpages. Here is the problem I have: When I download a template from fantastico's templates express onto a second page-- for example, my main page is lavillettarestaurant.com, and a subdomain is kohlcenterevents.com-- it won't let me download it on both. I had a template on kohlcenterevents.com, and tried to download another for lavillettarestaurant.com I get this message: The installation can not be completed:
- You cannot install more than one script in the root directory of a domain.
Click on the browser's Back button to fix reported errors.
I have now deleted all the files on both pages to start fresh and still get the same error. what's going on?
