Wordpress help please :)

I don't know how or what to do. I registered with bluehost because wordpress recommended it. I don't know what to do now. I'm lost. I've tried uploading. I have dreamweaver adn tried all that. All I want is a blog at my site and I am really lost.

Please can someone help me out getting it started. Thanks.
