I have a long story about cubecart v3, see Klutzys posts in CubeCart forums for more detail.

Bottom line: Does cubecart v3 have a known problem with working on BlueHost or being uploaded via Fantastico???

BlueHost migrated my hosting account to a new server deleting everything in my old account so I have a clean slate. I have done nothing but install cubecube v3 via Fantastico into my root directory, went to my cubecart admin and attempted to upload images as this was the ENTIRE problem before and my IMAGES ARE STILL DISAPPEARING/DELETING!

Should I uninstall and do a manual install??? I have money wrapped up in my cubecart v3 skin and mods and cannot upgrade to CCv4 because of this but I know CCv3 works because I have been to other stores.

Any response at this point would be appreciated. I have been working for over a week with BlueHost support and a man named bsmither on the cubecart forum and we have not been able to resolve this issue.

A manual install would give you better control of the process. You would at least know exactly what had and hadn't been done during the install. It may also make it easier to spot where the error is occurring as you will be able to check what is where during the install rather than having to wait until the automated process finishes and then not being able to tell which step in the install stuffed up.

Are the images just not showing up or are the pictures getting deleted entirely... as in you can't see them in the server anymore? If so, there is a problem with the server, not the program. Unless there is something screwed with the install that automaticaly deletes images. If so then I suggest reinstalling. I am not sure how you would go by figuring out the issue if you are not a programmer and don't get down and dirty with the scripts. I suggest going to the software's help forum if they have any or a tech forum more dedicated to this specific software. However, if there are other websites succesfully using the software with bluehost, I doubt its the server, just keep that in mind.
