max upload rate

I am only uploading at 150KB and I have been uploading for days and I was thinking about going to a major public connection but was wondering it is worth lugging my laptop down there if the cap uploads a 2 Mb or something..

Well I guess they do cap it a 2 MB

654 Files totaling 7.97 Gigabytes (not bits) in 1 hour 22 minutes 8 seconds (1.70Megabytes per second) 13.6 Megabits

I have a 2 MB FIOS upload at home and I had transfer limited to 150KBytes
