I have three sites hosted by Startlogic. They changed hosting platform and want all sites to be moved to the new platform. I moved two but I'm thinking to move third one to a new host. Is there anybody with experience with both host or just tell me is it worth to come to BlueHost. My biggest issue with Startlogic is they not anymore transparent as, lets say BlueHost. They shut down their forum, no server stats on their site anymore etc. Plus their tech support is very slow. They have now quick phone respond but all they do when you reach them is they open ticket for you. Then you wait up to 48 hours to somebody to respond. Then you put your input into that ticket then another 24-48 hours and so on. Tickets stay open sometimes over 10 days.
