Just download any FTP program and install it on your own computer to do that.

Setting up PHP to do that efficiently so as to properly handle files over 1Mb in size would be very difficult and you'd probably need to install an FTP server on your home computer in order to get it to work. A bit pointless when installing a simple FTP client provides all that functionality in the first place without any need for PHP.

BlueHost doesn't support JSP so you will not get any solution involving that to work.

it certainly is possible to write php page to handle your file management stuff, but like felgall said, it would be a whole lot easier to ftp into your account, errr... i mean ssh, and do your management from there. unless you want to practice your php skills :cool:
