ComDev Newsletter Mass Send Problem

I'm using the ComDev Newsletter package. It works fine when I send to small groups (<5) but doesn't seem to work with larger sends. In the Bluehost error log I see the following:

[Sun Apr 13 20:54:39 2008] [error] [client 62.174.146.88] Warning: bad syntax, perhaps a bogus '-'? See /usr/share/doc/procps-3.2.3/FAQ
[Sun Apr 13 20:54:43 2008] [warn] RewriteOptions: MaxRedirects option has been removed in favor of the global LimitInternalRecursion directive and will be ignored.

Two questions. First, how do I get to the /usr/share/doc/procps-3.2.3/FAQ document. Second, should I care about the Rewrite Options message or just focus on the bad syntax (the source code is encryped so I will need to engage the ComDev folks for assistance with the syntax)?

The error messages are system wide and not necessarily associated with anything my site is doing. The send process was not 100% successful because there is a default 50 message per hour limit. The Bluehost folks graciously raised my limit and the send process now works. Still don't know how to get to the referenced documentation but the question isn't important to me now that all has been resolved.
