Ok so I'm trying to transfer my domain to bluehost. I'm trying to make it an addon to the root domain. But it WON'T let me and I have no idea why.

Contact BH via Live Chat, instead of thrashing around with it.

Big blue button on the main bluehost.com page (there's no link to it on the Control Panel, which is why so many people have trouble finding it!).

Don't feel bad - when BH first introduced Live Chat, I had a terrible time finding it! :)
