The from address can be forged. It doesn't necessarily mean that your emails were hijacked.

They should have an option to refuse email to their server sent from another server bearing your domains name in it. Other companies do.

Do you have domainkeys and a spf record installed?

Good luck! Spam, sucs

I feel your pain thats why I use my own Anti-spam software and don't rely on BH's. I use a permission based system if you don't click the link and explain why you want to send me e-mail then it sits there until the registration period expires and get purged (deleted).
Note: you do see e-mail that is spam but it never reaches you outlook unless you
sent the person e-mail
approved the e-mail address
the person clicks the link explains why they need to contact you (then a pop up on your desktop says you has a request to approve an e-mail request it it is a spammer that happens to fill out the form you can reject it or approve it)
the is also rules to auto approve email's
I Don't own or work for the software just been a user of it for several years.
its called choice mail here's the link.

Hope it helps

You may also want to consider going to a new address that is unposted anywhere out there for business, family, and friends. Then, use temporary addresses to make purchases, etc., and then change accounts if spam becomes an issue. Yes, it's a pain but might be worth the "hassle."

It was even worse when BH users had the option of catch-all accounts that accepted any mail, regardless of the user name associated with the email address. That created a HUGE tax on the servers and BH eventually had to disallow catch-alls.

Thanks for the replies guys, so its nothing new i guess. i use the Box Trapper provided by BH and it works just like what "n2rga" mentioned, unfortunately when the senders receives the confirmation email they think its spam and they deleted or just don't know what to do with it. i also use a similar program called Mail-Washer, it basically lets me view whats on my server before i receive it, and it allows me to mark them as SPAM, Black List, Friend List, etc...

Thanks Again,
