I have been wondering all day why my forum isn't showing up. When I go to the address it sort of like goes there (shows pagerank and favicon) but that is all. There is nothing. No error message, just emptiness.

(Post moved from the thread in which it was posted, since it doesn't appear to have anything to do with that thread.)

According to IE7, this is the page's source code:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
<HTML><HEAD>
<META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=windows-1252"></HEAD>
<BODY></BODY></HTML>
Is this a plain-vanilla HTML page? If so, how does it look when you open it locally with a browser?

Interesting - Firefox, when asked to show the source code, displays a completely blank page!

So do Opera and Netscape. Perhaps Microsoft is defaulting to an empty 'skeleton' when nothing's returned.

What on earth can I do? It's day two that this is going on. I haven't changed anything in the code this week

Well, waiting for something to magically cure the situation clearly isn't the way to go. It's time to start looking around. What's in your public_html directory? Is there something unusual in your .htaccess file?
Have you contacted anyone at BH about the problem? We're just other users - we can't look at your account to see what's there.

I didn't have a problem - page opened right up for me using the link you posted.

Yes, it's working now. Whatever was wrong, it was fixed. We may never know....

Ah, but problems that go away by themselves, return by themselves ;) .
