It's probably an error with your client setup but have you tried using the File Manager in CPanel?

If you can't upload a file that way you should talk to the help desk.

I need to upload lot of files with lot of folders.
I need the FTP will work,i paid like all the people and i need to get it like all the people in BlueHost.

So follow siguie's advice. If the File Manager upload works, then the problem is with the way you have Filezilla set up, and you need to correct it. Make sure you firewall isn't blocking it.

If you can't get it to work, contact BH via Live Chat for assistance.

No one is saying you can't use FTP.
