Help 500 Internal Server Error?

i wanted to check out my site today but when i got there i recieved this message:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@4feathersproductions.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

i went to the backend to login & got this message:

The request was not completed. The server met an unexpected condition.
69.89.31.224/~foufeath/administrator/index.php (port 80)
Please forward this error screen to 69.89.31.224's WebMaster.

i followed the above instructions. haven't gotten any messages' back yet.
i haven't made any changes from the backend for about a week, so i don't think i"ve done anything.

yes I was also facing this problem just 15 min back and now its ok don't know what happened .. i think the sever restarted ....

Why No email, No anything to inform me before??? I ask him for start time and end time to finish he tell me "I don't have the start time and the current eta is 15-30 minutes."

I'm getting this http500 error message, too. My site was fine this morning, and now I went to grab a post, and am getting yet another error message. This is the 3rd time in a week. :( The service status appears to be ok, but my site doesn't come up.
