About sending email limits

Does bluehost have any limits in sending email. My website current have 600 members and I want to send an announcement to all of them, can it be? Suppose that the number is not 600 but 60000 then?

500 per hour. You could use a script that only sends out 500 per hour.

Thanks, what about dadamail, read the suggestion of using that. Has anyone use dadamail or phplist?

I've been using Dadamail for ~200 and it works great, just make sure you set it up to not exceed the 500 per hour (less is a better idea to avoid looking like spam, and to give room for "co-workers" to send a few emails), plus don't forget to ask BH to up your limit.
