Hi I wanted to find out if bluehost has their own autoresponder or if I would need to get a 3rd party one like aweber or not. I need it for my website to take email addresses and automatically send them a reply for optin submissions. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, Bluehost does have an autorespoder. You can set it up in cPanel. Look in the mail section.
