Norton and Email

I have my email being forwarded to thunderbird and it works, the problem is when I try to check the email on my cpanel, it wont let me in, in the first try, it logs in thru the first screen, but before showing the inbox, goes back to the login page.

It seems to me that it has something to do with norton antispyware I have.

If someone can help I would appreciate it.
