Asking Afiliates Features

I just become a member of bluehost.com. And it's absolutely great. But while I want to become an affilate, it's a surprise, there is no choice for my country (indonesia), why?
could somebody help me ?

You should ask the Affiliates Program people about that - I'm not sure why there would be any restriction. Go into the Help section (http://helpdesk.bluehost.com/help) and open a ticket, directed to the Affiliates Program - they usually respond pretty quickly.
