View Full Version : Any idea why Bluehost doesn't respond to tickets lately?

I'm just trying to renew my web hosting account but haven't been lucky to get any reply to my tickets. Anyboby has an idea if something is wrong? This is not typical of them.

I have just chatted with an operator. I was asked to contact the billing department through ticket. But the problem now is that that same department hasn't replied my earlier tickets. I'm getting fade up.

I have just chatted with an operator. I was asked to contact the billing department through ticket.When you went into Live Chat, did you choose "Support?" If so, that's why they redirected you. When initiating Live Chat, you want "Billing."

billing department is usually slower in reponse.
cause of working hour...
so, have to wait for reply.
support will be faster with 24/7 :)

Thanks Early Out & Charles for responding. The issue has already been resolved today and my hosting account updated. I'm relieved at last after a long delay, which I have never experienced before.
