advanced xp defender

My Wordpress weblog seems to have been infected or hacked with something called advanced xp defender, and I guess it's infecting readers' computers as I write.

It's not in my computer, as it's happening with other computers too.

How do I fix this thing please? I'd be grateful for someone's help urgently!
