View Full Version : Need Help badly
My problem are the sub domains. I'm trying to get them working. They are all there in the file manager, but nothing works. When I type in the url I get the same page that says: Welcome to Blue Host! Website under construction. I waited for over a week but nothing changed. How can that be fixed? What can I do?

Are the sub domains themselves defined correctly and pointing to the right folder?
My domain is http://dgiproduct.com
my subdomain is http://60mintrader.dgiproduct.com
http://betonsports.dgiproduct.com
http://forextrading.dgiproduct.com
http://nichelistprofits.dgiproducts.com
Can you tell me how to get them working, where to go and what to do.
Thank you

Did you set these subdomains up in the cPanel?

at http://60mintrader.dgiproduct.com/ .. i seeing
"Index of /"
you need to upload files to the subdomain folder.
seem like the setup is OK so far.

Yup, there's no web page there.
You need to put an index.html file in public_html/60mintrader.
My subdomains are still not working. I tried and I tried to upload the
files into the subdomains. It did not work. Actually it got worse. My main
website (dgiproduct.com) is not working right. Now you have to type in:
http://dgiproduct.com/60mintrader. The subdomain should be:
http://60mintrader.dgiproduct.com What can I do to fix it? I will need
excact step by step instructions what to do and how.

 suggest you look for someone to help you configure the subdomain.
it should be very simple if you do it right.
at cpanel, you try remove the exsting subdomain, and recreate them. make sure you read the instruction provided at the cpanel page.
Once you created the subdomain, ftp to server, and put up the page.
* also check any redirection setting in cpanel, or though .htaccess file, these might be one of reason that alter the redirection behaviour.
