Is there a free installation I can run that allows the following:
Several members of a publication committee to work on articles on a server based WSIWYG. Be able to keep their articles private from each other OR share for collaboration at their option. Multiple accounts with secure access. This installation will not be used to publish the articles, only to work and share with committee members. I know that Joomla is capable of all this but is more than we need. Is there something simpler out there?
