I have been with Bluehost for several years now. I remember a report that was most helpful for FTP - it had a section for each FTP session that showed the user, host, and the name of the file that the used either downloaded or what error status he got when he failed.
I thought it was under the Logs section but I don't see it - or at least the format has changed so that I don't recognize it. Can anyone help?
