Dear management and staff of blue host,

I would like the management and staff of blue host to be aware of my deep appreciation of the support I've received from your support staff. I have been with your hosting service for approximately 1 month and during this time I have needed to contact the support staff seven or eight times. In every case except for one the support department has gone beyond my expectations for support. In dealing with support departments as a customer I have never encountered a group of technicians that are so articulate and willing to assist. I had one scenario where I could not get MySQL to record the data being entered into the web form. My problem was clearly due to my inexperience at writing PHP code. Most technical support departments would have just told me that it is not there responsibility to assist in correcting my code. The support staff for blue host replied to my e-mail telling me that my problem was in my PHP code and asked for more information on my problem. They told me that there was no guarantee that they could figure out what the problem happened to be but they would try. I received a follow-up e-mail telling me exactly what the problem was and informed me that they had corrected the code for the web form (phenomenal support). I was trying to figure out how to do something that dealt with programming and Ryan told me what to do and if I had any further questions on the subject to call him directly at his extension. I have never had this happen as a customer. The only time that I've had a technician give me their direct extension was when I worked as a programmer of command control systems.

I am in the process of moving my web hosting service for another web site I've put together to blue host because of your outstanding technical support and tools you have provided for your customers.

I will be recommending blue host to any person needing a hosting service. I will also be sure to post your name in any forums I participate in.

I'm going to agree. That was one thing that really stood out above and beyond when I first started with bluehost.

I first heard about BH through word-of-mouth and decided to try it. Now I have moved all of my clients over to BH, about a dozen sites.

Hey, isn't there some perk in me moving all of these clients over? Like hosting space or something? Never cashed in on that...

We have affiliate referral bounties, you would need to sign up at http://partner.bluehost.com for full details, but basically each client you bring to Bluehost earns you a $65 commission (please read the affiliate TOS for more details)
