Sending me a note from my webpage

in addition to the guestbook function I would like visitors to my site to be able to send an email to me by clicking on the page. I do not want the link to open their email program. There is another option I would like to explore. On an former webpage my friend installed a utility that was usually used for customer service departments. It allowed people to type a message and send it to me but it had a script that read the message looking for key words and automatically sent it to an appropriate email address, i.e. accounting department or human resources, etc.

BH have anything like this?

It sounds like you want a 'formmail' system. BlueHost offers atleast one ... something like "BlueMail" but people seem to have a lot of problems with it.

If you want a large amount of customizability like that key word search thing and have one program that runs many different formmails I recommend TFMail from http://nms-cgi.sourceforge.net/scripts.shtml BUT if you are not particularly code savy and just want a simple secure script I'd suggest Formmail.php from http://www.dtheatre.com/scripts
