Resetting account

Hi all,
total newbie here!
I have a few websites with Bluehost using zencart and wordpress and have made a total mess of everything!

I would love to start fresh. Can anyone advise me on the best way to do this.
Is there a way to reset my account or suchlike?

Contact the BH support folks via Live Chat (big blue button on the main bluehost.com page). Tell them you want to reset your account to its default condition - they can do it within a few minutes.
