Can anyone else run a test on their domains to see if they pass?
I was told by techs both were setup yet both failed. They are hosting the dns for the domain in question..

My site passed the first test with a valid SPF record existing.
The domainkeys test reported invalid values in the record.

I told them that it did not pass domainkeys own tests and then I was asked how to set it up correctly! lol  I called about it tonight but they guy on the phone did not know what they were and could not help me nor could he transfer the phone to someone who knew what they were... sign What can I do?
I have an announcement email to send out to many people and I don't want them being sent tot he trash as spam so I am trying everything to prevent that from happening. Why am I being ignored or stonewalled?
I am sure at one time the fastdomain hosting site was considered the low end of bluehost but now the packages are the same prices (correct?) So should one not expect the same level of service at both locations?

domain keys at bluehost pass both gmail and yahoo mail standards, as well as passing two of the four tests available at the above mentioned websites. The issues we have had with domain keys is that 1) you either pass or fail, but no info about why, and 2) a lot of sites don't actually follow the spec. Now, anytime we can track down what the various sites are doing different from the spec we will do our best to adjust for it. As for those two failing sites listed above, neither of them have bothered to reply to any of our requests for help in passing them. If anyone knows of a common missetup that is causing them to fail domain keys, please open a ticket with as detailed info as possible.

Thank you Steve for at least replying to the open forum where others can learn from this if not from the existing ticket I have had open.
There has to be some functional differences on the system so one has to perform due dilligence and determine what the differences between the servers that host these two domains...

FYI I was told that issue was probably with cpanel and it has now been fixed.
