Help with uploading a site

Hi everyone !!

Can someone tell me what to put in the input field on the dreamweaver ftp.

I know this might not make sense but I ve been trying to connect to my panel from dreamweaver and it gives me all these error messages. I ve tried everything, Please HELP !!!

I am not an expert on DreamWeaver, so take my help with a grain of salt. I use DreamWeaver as well, and couldn't get it to log in either. I tried all sorts of things, but nothing worked. I ended up using Cyberduck FTP to upload my files. It kind of defeats part of DreamWeaver's purpose, but it was the only thing that worked for me. Hope you have someone answer that knows DreamWeaver better!

I am not sure which input field you are talking about. But I have mine:

Site -> Manage Sites -> select the site you want to edit -> then choose Remote -> Access = FTP -> FTP Host = ftp.yoursitename.com -> Host Directory = public_html -> Login = you BH username( first 8 letters of your domain name -> password = your BH password

For Host Directory if you want to use a subdirectory add that after public_html, like this: public_html/subdirectory
