I'm hoping someone has some suggestions as to why my outgoing links do not work. They are simple <a href> style links that work on other servers, but don't on bluehost. I don't get it. A sample page is at http://www.mygiftedclass.net/studentlinks.html The outgoing links are not active. I've tried them on a different host server and they worked fine. Anybody have any ideas?

There is nothing wrong with the links and if someone can actually move their mouse over them then they should work. The problem is that you can't move your mouse over the links bacause you have five divs stacked one on top of another and the links are in the one at the very back. You need to move the other four divs away from in front of the links before you will be able to actually get the mouse to move over the links in div1 instead of the empty area in div5 that is over the top of the links.
The hosting wouldn't make any difference - the only thing that might make a difference is if you used a browser that doesn't understand all the stylesheet commands which may therefore have not stacked the divs on top of the links the way you have told it to.

I was wrong. The buttons work but not the links.:p

Thanks for your responses!
I've been using DreamWeaver for the first time to actually design a site and I didn't catch the div's being nested.
Once I un-nested the div's all worked fine. Since designing and building websites is not my real occupation, learning the intricacies of CSS has been somewhat perplexing at times to say the least. Definitely puts a new spin on 'inheritance'! ;)
Once again, thanks!

http://www.mygiftedclass.net/studentlinks.html is a 404.
http://www.mygiftedclass.net/parentstudentlinks.html (new?) and downward is okay, except the second one: http://www.mygiftedclass.net/%3Ca%20href= which is obviously faulty.
