FTP to Bluehost Without FTP Software?

I have three total novices trying to send me pictures from a trip we took together. I sent FTP software to one guy but I think he is having issues trying to send it from behind his corporate firewall. The other guy has a Mac. The third guy can't tie his shoes although was able to download the pics to Ritz Photos.

Is there something simple I can configure for these guys to allow them to do a photo download to a FTP site on Bluehost?

Other than attaching the pics to an email, it's tough think of another way. If email is no good because of size limitations, point them to http://www.yousendit.com. Their "Lite" service is free.

(By the way, moving a file from a PC to a server is uploading, not downloading. Downloading is when you fetch something from a server.)
