How can I create a new email account using php?

Hello,

Can I create a new email account on bluehost using a php script? I am sure it's possible. Lots of sites give you your own email account when you register. How do they do it? Has anyone done this on bluehost? I thank you in advance for your help.

From what I've read in the past, I believe the only way you can create a new email account is through the cPanel interface.
