I've got one domain and two subdomains under that domain. I assumed I've be able to use the log programs to get usage stats on the subdomains, but I can't figure out how to do that. I only see the main domain listed.

Suggestions?

Go into the Control Panel, select Choose Log Programs, and enable awstats and/or Webalizer for your subdomains. Then wait at least 24 hours for the stats to start showing up.

I was able to go to c panel, choose log programs, and enable awstats on 3 of my sites. However, I have one site that is a mysite.com/blog which did not show in the log program details. Any suggestions?

You can get stats on any domain, addon domain, or subdomain, but not on something that's just a subdirectory.

You can use Awstats to display such hits. (which should be the 2nd option for webstats)
http://awstats.sourceforge.net/

Scroll down until you see 'Pages-URL'. If you look on the left hand side toolbar, look for 'Viewed'.

Hope this helps.

If you set up a sub-domain on that folder then you can turn on stats for the sub-domain and it should record all the stats relating to that folder even though people are accessing the folder directly rather than via the sub-domain.
