Problem with my site not playing flv files

Im using dreamweaver CS3 to embed a few .flv files onto my site. and im having a few problems. Instead of the player playing the video it just displays a white box. Here is a link to my site

To insert the video i went to Insert> Media> Flash Video picked the flv file to play and the skin. Ive been trying all day to figure this out I have added a new MIME for .flv files. Ive made sure the FLVPlayer_Progressive.swf, Halo_Skin_3.swf, and MissionExtract.flv files are in the same folder. I think ive tried everything. The reason I am using .flv is because when I use wmv it starts playing all of the videos at once dispite weather or not I tell it not to autoplay.
If anyone has any sugestion please let me know.

I decided to try a different .flv file one I downloaded from someone else. And that worked. So this meens that my .flv files are corrupt. Ive been using Xilisoft FLV Converter 3 does anyone know of any other converter that can convert wmv to flv. If possible FREE.
