Template looks very nice.
Site is easily navigational and pleasant on the eyes.
Font is easily read on each page.

Also your items under Exercises Equipt ( http://www.liangdianup.com/exercisesequipt_1.htm ) are all dead links.
I personally have never seen a sitemap with 'recently added items' either. I kinda like it though.

I noticed that most the pagers are in.html are you creating those manually?
you could use e-commerce is great like OScommerce, or a zen cart for the online shopping store. Does safe you a lot of effort.
