How can my clients upload files into their folder without seeing anybody elses?

I've created a folder for my clients so they can log into a linki provided them and download files. Example.....www.bluehost.com/documents. My clients dont have any problems downloading files by going to the link Ive provided. My question is...how can my clients upload files using their an FTP server without seeing the other folders that I have? In other words, I only would like for them to view their client folder not anyone else?

Any help is much appreciated.
