Bluehost has changed its pricing structure. You used to get the $6.95 rate if you signed up for 24 months of hosting (and paid for it in advance). That rate is now available only if you pay for 36 months.

The fees for a dedicated IP and for additional domain registrations remain unchanged.

Of course, as before, if you are unhappy with the service at any time, you can cancel your account and get a pro-rated refund.

24 months versus 36 months makes no difference to me - either way you slice it, it's a great deal! :)

Another change:

Whois privacy, which used to be free, will now cost you $4.95 per year, per domain.

Another change:

The $6.95 rate for a 36-month signup appears to be on the way out. The latest price list shows only $7.95/month for a 24-month signup, or $8.95/month for a 12-month signup. The main bluehost.com page is still showing $6.95/month, so there's no telling what happens if you sign up today. And special offers continue to come and go in some sort of weird marketing hide-and-seek game.
