Some sort of review URL or IP address?

Hello all! I am a web developer in Winnipeg, Canada, and I am working for a client that is moving their website from another host to Bluehost.

Currently, their domain name is point to their old host, and we are trying to set up their site and database and etc on Bluehost *before* changing the name servers.

I've access the MySQL easily and uploaded the files through FTP. What I'm wondering is if there is some sort of preview URL or preview IP address that I can use to see the Bluehost version *without* the domain name change? Something involving the Bluehost username, perhaps?

I've tried "http://ipaddress/~username" but after FTPing the site to "public_html", all I get is 404s. :/

The "IP" address form should work, where username is the 8-character BH username for the account. If it doesn't, you might want to contact BH via Live Chat to see if they can sort it out.
