How Do I Upload my Vbulletin files through bluehost?

I'm having trouble getting my vbulletin files on to the bluehost server, how would I be able to do this?

You upload them through FTP using an FTP client like Filezilla or SmartFTP. :)

It would not go through the ftp because of a firewall, is there a way around this????

EDIT: it says Connection attempt failed with "ETIMEDOUT - Connection attempt times out*.

You could upload the gzip archive through File Manager and then use SSH access to unzip it on your Bluehost server. That's really the only other method other than FTP. :)
