Trouble uploading pictures in photo gallery

I am new to bluehost and have already had trouble uploading some of my pictures into my photo gallery. I am using Fotoplayer to display my images and most of them uploaded correctly except for one folder and all the sub-folders in it. The folder and subfolders are there, but there are no pictures inside. I have tried re-loading it several times and I get the same result. If you have any suggestions please let me know. My web site is rognanphotography.com and the folder the I am having trouble with is named Birds (Passerines) and all the sub-folders inside. There are hundreds of photos in these folders and I wonder if I have exceeded some max limit or something.
