Basic Help with Publishing my Iweb to Blusehost site...

Okay, I can not figure this out for the life of me, so I need things explained in really simple terms. Basically, I got a domain name on Bluehost. I made a little website on Iweb. I can not figure out how to get the iweb site on my bluehost domain. I published my iweb to a folder, but i have NO clue how to proceed from this point. I have searched for help, but nothing makes sense to me. I downloaded cyberduck, yet another program I can't figure out. I just need this explained in the simplest terms, please! I feel like a fool and keep getting no where. I looked at this website: http://homepage.mac.com/thgewecke/iwebserver.html
which confused me even more. People say to use cyberduck to tranfer the files, but I don't understand how to do even that. HELP!!!:confused:

If you have installed cyberduck, then you should be able to just hit new connection, plug your domain name (example.com) into the server box, set the port to 21, your username and password are the same as your cPanel login.

As long as it connects you can navigate to the public_html folder and upload your files there.
