Is this a CPU exceeded error?

Apologies in advance if this has been covered elsewhere.

My server status page reads green in all sections except one:

Disk /dev/sdc1 (/home) 94 % (red icon)

Is this a CPU exceeded error? I submitted this to bluehost support, but they weren't clear on what it meant either (!!!).

My domain is on a shared server, if that helps.

No, you'll get a message that specifically tells you your CPU quota has been exceeded if you have a CPU exceeded error.

Try contacting Bluehost through Live Chat on the main page. :)

That means one of the disks (the main one) on your server is 94% full.

You shouldn't need to bring this to their attention.
