I am a "newbie" to HTML and have a question on forms. My question is that I have 3 forms, lets call them Form1, Form2, and form3, and I want form1 to
goto the email form1@whatever.com and automaticly let the submitter know it was received. the same for the other two forms to other addresses.
I need to know how to program it to A: go where I want it to go and B: have them sent to a page that acknowledges their submission of the form.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
go to cpanel then (Fantastico) choose phpFormGenerator and it's easy to build forms. This program self installs

It's really easy. Login to control panel. Find Fantastico icon, in Fantastico find phpFormGenerator, follow the instructions. It will even send you an email with details.

TY Bobdog... now the jackpot questions..
1. Can I alter the form to the way I want it using FrontPage?
2. How do I set it up so those that want to fill out form can access it?
:o Told you I am a "newbie"

Do not use FrontPage to edit the form. phpFormGenerator uses PHP, not compatible with FrontPage.
In fact, if you are new to web design, get rid of FrontPage. Try using Dreamweaver, or better yet, learn how to hand code HTML. Well worth your time to learn.
Then you would be able to tweak the forms in html- as far as layout and customizing the look.
But, phpFormGenerator is pretty nice. Should do whatever you want a form to do!
Accessing the form is easy, just copy + paste the url to your recipients.

While we're on phpFG, I have a question about editing forms you've created. Can you, and if yes, how? I mean using phpFG to edit it. Say I've created a form and realize I need more fields or need to switch a radio box to a check box. I can't see how I can edit the existing form that's been created, seems like delete is the only option. Once the form is created, do I need to edit the form code by hand to make changes? Thanks.
