Just wondering if anyone could help me out with creating a secure login for the website I am creating. Currently the passwords are encrypted in the database but there is no encryption between the user sending the form and the server.

To do that encryption you need.

1. A dedicated IP address.
2. A security certificate.

Once you have those you can set up your page on https instead of http and the content sent by the form will be encrypted by the certificate.

You can buy the security certificate from any of the major certificate providers and use it with your BlueHost account.
