redirection to port 80

Hello Friends currently my application running on port 12004 whenever i am trying to access my site for e.g. "http://www.domainname.com/" its getting redirected to "http://www.domainname.com:12004/" so how do i remove this 12004 from my url
and also i have dedicated IP address...
