hello friends my site is using wordpress . And I wish to improve its performance.
So I found these two great php accelerators .
Any idea how can I install either of them for my site and how.
I am a complete novice have no idea how to go about it.
Till now have only been able to get access to my ssh/shell.
Help would be appreciated friends.
Thanks in advance.

WordPress has its own caching plugins that make it more efficient.

See http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-cache/

Hey thanks for the quick reply mod.
I am already using wp super cache. However eAccelerator or Xcache both of them are php accelerators to make your php scripts run more fast.
WP cache or WP super cache both of them cache wordpress files and then serve cached files to visitors. However these cache plugins do not accelerate the php script.
Thus we use eAccelerator or Xcache to solve this issue.
And it improves the performance greatly.
