problem with php memory

Hi guys
I am using VBulletin in my site
http://www.njmuae.com/vb

when any one try to post a new thread it gives them this message

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /home/njmuaeco/public_html/vb/includes/functions_search.php on line 197

I found same this problem in the support site in VB
and they said we must upgrade the memory size of php
