Setting up a CNAME

I am looking to introduce some additional services to my domain and need to insert a CNAME record into DNS.

Is it possible to do this...and How?

1. Log into CPanel.
2. Click on Submit a Support Request.
3. Create ticket with your request.
4. Celebrate.

I guess you'll need Managed DNS for that.
