Am I the only one whose stats haven't updated for 2 days?

Hello,

All of my stats, from AWStats to bandwidth, haven't been updated for two days now.

I spoke a few times with tech support and each time they assured me that they had fixed it manually, but still there is no update. Not even for bandwidth, which should be updated every six hours.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I believe AwStats was updated this past year and I experienced the same issue for a few days off and on. If you do a search of the this forum, there have been posts related to a solution, though I believe it only turns out to be temporary.

I resolved it by turning off the manual update solution in the .conf file tied to program settings and I haven't had an issue since then. To do this, change the AllowToUpdateStatsFromBrowser setting to equal zero.
