Is there a way to stop my email addresses (3 different domains) being classed as spam?

Outlooks in built spam filter is catching some of my emails too!

Stop making the subject line "Cheap Viagra!!!" ;)

Seriously, though, who is identifying your emails as spam? SpamAssassin? Postini? Some ISP's spam filter?

When it comes to the Outlook filter, try a simple text message. Then try an HTML message. Gradually add things until you figure out what's tripping the filter. Do you have some sort of signature on your messages? Are you including a URL that has a numeric address in it? There are lots of different things that might cause this. You're going to have to do some detective work

Ah - so you must be one of my customers! ;)

There is a signature with a web address that has one numeric digit in it, in actual fact its the same domain that we are sending the emails from......

Same response - you're going to have to provide more information about what's happening before anyone can help.
