Does anyone knows how to customize the webmail? Because when I access mail.mydomain.com I get a splash page from BH saying "There is no website configured at this address" and this is very unprofessional when clients access using webmail.
I would appreciate any help on this subject.
Thanks.

Try http://mydomain.com/webmail

You can always set up a mail subdomain and have it redirect to the webmail folder.

How do I redirect mail.mydomain.com to www.mydomain.com/webmail or any other folder i decide?
Thanks for your first answer by the way.

Create the subdomain and specify that you want it to redirect to the webmail folder.

That is a slick way of NOT seeing the Webmail page that says "no website configured at this address" I also found out when making the subdomain "mail" you do not have to select a folder. Such as "/public_html//mail" if your redirecting it to www.mydomain.com/webmail it still works fine.
Now I'm wondering if there is some way to redirect the sign in directly to only one of the email programs rather viewing all 3 and waiting 5 seconds to load the one you prefer?

To be able to have it go straight into one of the three webmail programs you'd have to install your own copy of that script into a folder on your hosting and point the subdomain to that folder (the redirect would not then be required).
